Pansol Tie beam steel formwork is a kind of steel mold plate used in bridge construction to connect two piles or columns of the same pier number. It is used to connect and reinforce the pier or pile foundation to enhance its overall stiffness and structural stability.
Tie beam steel formwork is usually made of large steel plate with thickness not less than 6mm, and the area of each formwork is not less than 2㎡ to ensure sufficient load-bearing capacity. The splices between the plates are flat and tight to prevent slurry leakage and to ensure the beautiful lines of the tie beams after casting and molding.
