Panshi Heavy Industry Successfully Delivers High-Performance Steel Truss Girders to Malaysia
12月 19, 2025Recently, Pansol’s customized steel formwork for piers, cap beams, and culverts has been successfully delivered to Tanzania in East Africa, providing “Intelligent Chinese Manufacturing” strength for the Tabora–Kigoma Standard Gauge Railway (SGR Lot 6) project. Spanning 411 kilometers, this railway is a critical section of Tanzania’s standard-gauge railway network, set to significantly enhance regional transport efficiency and drive economic development along the route. Pansol’s high-quality steel formwork stands as a core support ensuring engineering quality.
The Tabora–Kigoma railway traverses complex geological conditions, imposing stringent requirements on the strength, precision, and adaptability of construction materials. As the load-bearing foundation of bridges, piers play a vital role, while cap beams serve as key connectors between upper and lower structures, and culverts directly impact drainage and flood resilience. All three depend on high-quality formwork to guarantee construction outcomes. Pansol has optimized product designs to meet project-specific needs, utilizing high-strength steel and advanced processes such as laser cutting and robotic welding to keep dimensional accuracy within millimeter-level tolerances. Fully compliant with project specifications, the formwork reliably withstands complex loads and environmental challenges during construction.

This delivery is not Pansol’s first venture into overseas markets. The company has already demonstrated mature export capabilities on the global infrastructure stage. It has established an end-to-end export service system covering demand analysis, drawing refinement, customs coordination, and on-site technical support. Holding international certifications such as ISO9001 and CE, Pansol’s products precisely comply with technical standards across different countries. From infrastructure projects in Dubai and subsea tunnels in Abu Dhabi to industrial parks in Thailand and ring expressways in the Philippines, Pansol steel formwork has supported key projects across the Middle East and Southeast Asia, accumulating extensive cross-regional supply experience.
Supported by an intelligent production base and efficient supply chain management, Pansol can swiftly respond to customized demands from overseas projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Contributing to the Tanzania railway project not only revalidates Pansol’s product quality but also exemplifies how Chinese equipment manufacturing is advancing global infrastructure development. Moving forward, Pansol will continue to strengthen its export competitiveness through technological innovation, providing reliable support for more major international projects.
