In the construction of highway bridges, when assembling and dismantling steel formwork, if the height of the work exceeds 2 meters, it should be constructed according to the requirements of high-altitude operations.
The switching power supply of lighting tools and other electrical equipment required in the construction process should have good insulation performance. At the same time, the switching power supply and distribution lines should not be immediately placed on the steel formwork. Cable sheaths should be used to separate them, and the cable sheaths should be checked immediately to ensure that they are intact.

During evening construction, there must be sufficient lighting fixtures, and the working standard voltage of the lighting fixtures cannot exceed 36V. If the natural environment for construction is damp and cold, or unnecessary temperatures are encountered, the working voltage should be below 12V.
When dismantling steel formwork, if the height is less than 3m, steel bar stools need to be used for construction work. If the height exceeds 3M, steel scaffolding or work platforms must be erected, and protective nets must be raised at the same time.
Small safety guardrails should be installed in the pre embedded holes of steel formwork, elevators, and other places.
In the hidden turning process of steel formwork, if necessary, it should be stopped halfway, and the already in place steel formwork should be tightened to solve the problem. It cannot be left idle at will.
In the assembly and disassembly process of steel formwork, the formwork cannot be avoided arbitrarily, and it is best not to deposit more than three layers of formwork in scaffolding or work platforms. The total load formed by stacking steel formwork, prefabricated steel formwork components, and operators shall not exceed the main allowable load during the design of scaffolding or construction platforms.
