في بداية تأسيسها، أنشأت بانسول فريق خدمة فنية بقيادة مدير المصنع نفسه. وقد توسع الفريق حتى الآن ليشمل أكثر من 50 شخصاً، وقطع ما مجموعه 100,000 كيلومتر، وخدم آلاف المشاريع الهندسية.
